1. All bundles are good for 12 months after purchase date.

2. A member of the RKA ink team will respond to your request within 24 hours on requests submitted during business hours, 9 AM – 5 AM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Always email support@rkaink.com to ensure your request gets seen by the right people! Weekend requests will be answered the first business day of the week. For emergencies, you should always contact emergency@rkaink.com and our On Call team will get back to you as soon as possible.

3. Updates which require over 6 hours will need to be quoted separately as small projects.

4. All requests are most time efficient if they are submitted in one group. This may mean you wait to submit your request until you have all your new content ready, but we find that to be well worth the wait in time savings.

5. At the time of your request, RKA ink will send you an estimate of the amount of time needed to make the updates, as well as the expected timeline for completion. Note that these estimates provided are not quotes, due to the uncertain nature of some requests. We will always keep you as up to date as possible if expectations alter mid-process.

6. The Maintenance Plan does not include troubleshooting, support, or requests for changes to design, content, or functionality. For these requests, you can buy a Support Bundle.
