How To Make Live Video Work For Your Business

Does the thought of LIVE VIDEO make you want to run far away and never stop, Forrest Gump style?

THAT WAS ME, GUYS! One year ago, the idea of getting on live video PETRIFIED ME.

Last fall, at an RKA ink planning meeting for 2017, my team and I decided live video would be an important of my marketing plan this year and I said something like:

OH GODDDD NOOOOOO. I’D RATHER DO ANYTHING BUT LIVE VIDEO. I guess I’ll just have to grin and bear it.”

Who was that person?! An extrovert, with a theater degree, who preferred a root canal to hopping on Facebook Live. (Yes, you can be both a HAM and a VIDEO HATER all at once!)

One year later and I LOVE ME SOME LIVE VIDEO. What changed? Well, to put it simply = DOING THE DAMN THING! Over and over again. Moving past fear, getting into my groove, shaking out the newb nerves, and becoming a pro through consistency and repetition.
